Ms. Rhodes will be responsible for DMEC’s day-to-day operations and will provide support for its education programs, the nonprofit organization said in a statement Wednesday.
She succeeds Charles Fox, who was recently named president and CEO. San Diego-based Ms. Rhodes most recently was an absence and disability management consultant at Mercer L.L.C.
“With her extensive disability management experience, as well as her creative and growth-oriented approach to association management, Terri will enhance DMEC’s management operations and membership support services and help us to elevate them to the next level,” said Mr. Fox in a statement.
DMEC provides educational resources to employers in the areas of disability, absence, health and productivity.
