Hub Northwest acquires Advantage Insurance Services

Chicago-based insurance brokerage Hub International Ltd. said on Tuesday that its subsidiary Hub International Northwest L.L.C. (Hub Northwest) has acquired the property/casualty book of business of Kirkland, Wash.-based Advantage Insurance Services Inc.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Hub said in a release that AIS will become part of Hub Northwest’s Bothell, Wash., office.
