Business Insurance's Benefit Manager of the Year® for 2013 named

CHICAGO — Business Insurance announced Friday that Matthew Harmon, senior director of benefits at J.C. Penney Co. Inc., is the 2013 Benefit Manager of the Year^®.

Plano, Texas-based J.C. Penney operates department stores throughout North America.

Mr. Harmon was selected as the 2013 honoree by an independent panel of judges composed of former honorees and benefits industry experts.
