To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. has named Darrell Brown as the third-party administrator’s chief performance officer.
In his new role, Mr. Brown “will work with company leaders to develop and oversee the measurement of dynamic quality and performance programs, processes and systems” to enhance customer experiences, Sedgwick said in a statement.
His previous roles at Sedgwick include serving as the Memphis, Tenn.-based company’s managing director of casualty practices.
“Throughout his career, Darrell Brown has displayed an unparalleled commitment to excellence and quality claims management,” David A. North, Sedgwick’s president and CEO, said in the statement. “With Darrell leading the charge to redefine quality for our organization, we will continue to sharpen our focus on how our practices ultimately impact claims outcomes.”
Mr. Brown is based in Long Beach, Calif.
