Healthcare Solutions names COO Joe Boures as president

Healthcare Solutions Inc. has named Joe Boures as president, expanding on his current role as chief operating officer, the parent company of Cypress Care, ScripNet Inc. and Procura Management Inc. said in a statement Tuesday.

Filling a position that had been vacant, Mr. Boures is responsible for all operational, financial and customer-facing activities for the company.

“Joe has driven the company’s overall commitment toward operational excellence, intensified the company’s focus on customer satisfaction, and through his leadership he has contributed to the company’s continued growth,” said David A. George, CEO of Healthcare Solutions, in a statement.

Before joining the company in 2010, Mr. Boures was president of Specialty Risk Services Inc., a subsidiary of The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. that was acquired by Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc.

He is based in Atlanta.
