IAIABC Survey: Medical Marijuana and Workers' Compensation January 2013 Jurisdiction

The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions has compiled survey results on state medical marijuana regulations that apply to workers compensation cases. Some survey comments suggest that even if a state does not have a medical marijuana law, claims payers may be on the hook for the cost of the drug if a claimant moves to a state allowing medical marijuana use.
