Return-to-work improves with mental health therapy

The American Psychological Association's Journal of Occupational Health Psychology reports on a study that found that integrating return-to-work strategies with cognitive-behavioral therapy can reduce time away from work when employees suffer from mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
