Employers Council on Flexible Compensation names executive director

WASHINGTON—The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation has named Natasha Rankin as its new executive director.

Prior to joining the Washington-based ECFC, which represents employers, consultants and administrators on flexible benefit plan issues, Ms. Richardson served as executive director of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs.

The GFWC comprises community leaders dedicated to encouraging volunteer service. Ms. Richardson also worked at Georgetown University’s medical center, where she was involved in organizational training and continuing education for the center’s faculty and staff.

The ECFC position had been vacant since the end of last year.
