FM Global names Rod Fisher senior vp of underwriting, reinsurance

JOHNSTON, R.I.—Rod Fisher has been named as senior vp of underwriting and reinsurance by Factory Mutual Insurance Co., which does business as FM Global, the insurer announced Thursday.

Previously, he was senior vp and the manager of FM Global's central U.S. division based in Park Ridge, Ill.

Mr. Fisher joined FM Global in 1985 as a field engineer. In 2002, he was named by Business Insurance as one of its 35 Rising Stars.

He is now based in Johnston, R.I.
