JERSEY CITY, N.J.—Hanover Stone Partners L.L.C. has added three risk management experts to its network of risk management resources.
Paul F. Buckley, Len Crouse and Edward G. Troy have been named senior advisers at the Jersey City, N.J.-based risk advisory firm.
Mr. Buckley, who was Business Insurance's 2000 Risk Manager of the Year, previously was director of risk management and president of the captive insurer at Lucent Technologies Inc.
Mr. Crouse, who was deputy commissioner of captive insurance for the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration, retired from that post in 2008. He was hired as an associate at Hanover Stone Partners in 2009.
Mr. Troy most recently was president and CEO of GAB Robins Group of Cos.
Founded by industry veteran John Kelly in 2009, Hanover Stone Partners provides risk consulting and risk management services through its network of risk managers and partnerships with specialty risk management firms and brokers.
The firm has offices in New York and Jersey City.
