Hayes appointed MD of JLT global risk arm

LONDON— Ron Hayes has been appointed managing director of the global risk solutions division of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group P.L.C., the group's specialist London market broker.

Mr. Hayes was previously head of European retail placement at Marsh Inc., where he was responsible for implementing placement strategy and reviewing overall market trading relationships for the European retail business.
