BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

ZFS completes share buyback

ZURICH, Switzerland Zurich Financial Services completed the buyback of 3.4 million of its shares at a cost of 1.25 billion Swiss francs ($822,668 million).

The buyback was announced in February. The repurchased shares amount to 2.36% of the insurance group's share capital issued at the end of June.

At its 2008 annual general meeting, ZFS will submit a proposal to its shareholders to reduce share capital in the amount of the repurchased shares and to cancel the shares.
