SCOR to delist old shares

PARIS—SCOR S.A. will delist its old shares on July 3, the company announced.

SCOR, which has bid to acquire its Zug, Switzerland-based rival Converium Holding Ltd., is listing new shares on the Euronext index.

On January 3, 2007, Paris-based SCOR's shares were consolidated on the basis of 10 old shares for one new share.
