WIF to go to Dubai

HAMILTON, Bermuda— The World Insurance Forum will hold its 2008 conference in Dubai, the first time the meeting has been held outside Bermuda.

The event is scheduled for March 17-20 at the Dubai International Financal Centre.

"In 2008 the Forum will make its debut outside Bermuda and we could not have chosen a more strategic venue than Dubai as it successfully positions itself as a crossroad city where east meets west and is beginning to emerge as a powerful regional and global financial centre," said Robin Spencer-Arscott, Bermuda-based operating committee chairman of the World Insurance Forum.
