SCOR delists from NYSE

NEW YORK—SCOR S.A. announced that its shares have been voluntarily delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.

Paris-based SCOR said in a statement that it had applied for a secondary listing on the Swiss Exchange.

The reinsurer has made an offer for Zug, Switzerland-based Converium Holding Ltd.
