BRUSSELS, Belgium—Marie-Gemma Dequae, group risk and insurance manager for N.V. Bekaert S.A., was re-elected Wednesday to a second term as president of the Federation of European Risk Management Assns.

At the FERMA board meeting in Brussels, Belgium, directors elected Franck Baron, director of global insurance and risk management for Geneva, Switzerland-based Firmenich S.A., to one of two vice president positions.

Hans Gorrée, Rotterdam-based corporate and risk manager at construction company Koninklijke Volker Wessels Stevin N.V. and a current FERMA vice president, was re-elected.

Directors also agreed to welcome the Risk Management Assn. of Finland, and PolRisk, the Polish risk management association, as FERMA members, a spokeswoman said.

The association also welcomed two individual risk manager members from Austria. That category is open to risk managers whose national associations are not FERMA members.
