REASON FOR JOINING COUNTRYWIDE: Countrywide has great brand recognition and the insurance division has exciting expansion plans to leverage the brand.
VITAL STATISTICS: B.S., University of Central Florida in Orlando. I was senior vp property and casualty services for SAFECO Insurance; senior vp, operations and technology for CNA Insurance; and senior vp of worldwide commercial operations for CNA Insurance.
GOAL FOR NEW POSITION: My goal at Countrywide is to develop a scalable organization with an infrastructure to support aggressive top-line revenue and bottom-line performance by leveraging people, process and technology.
FIRST TIME IN THE JOB MARKET: My first job was as a ride operator at Walt Disney World.
