USI names CFO

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y.--USI Holdings Corp. has named Vincent E. Nerlino as executive vp and chief financial officer.

Mr. Nerlino most recently was senior vp/CFO at American Express International & Global Services.

He succeeds Robert S. Schneider, who left the Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based broker "to pursue other opportunities," USI said in a statement.
