BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Agents & Brokers Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. More + Less -

ITASCA, Ill.--Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has named Walter D. Bay as vp, general counsel and secretary.

Mr. Bay previously was general counsel and secretary for GE Commercial Distribution Finance, a unit of Fairfield, Conn.-based General Electric Co.

He succeeds John C. Rosengren, who will remain a vp of the Itasca, Ill.-based broker.
