BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

ARENDAL, NorwayNorwegian insurance company, the Gard Group, has announced an $83 million profit after tax for the year ending 20 February 2007.

Gross written premiums were up 16% to $647 million, and the combined net ratio stood at 111%.

The Gard Group is a shipowner-controlled, diversified provider of protection and indemnity, marine and energy insurance products, with total assets in excess of $1.7 billion.
