To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

At Newegg Inc., a City of Industry, Calif.-based consumer electronics Internet company with 850 employees, supervisors and subordinates in romantic relationships are required to not only report the relationship, but to let the company know when it changes, such as when it is terminated or no longer consensual, said Peggy Krynicki, director of human resources. This is to alert the company to the possibility of subsequent sexual harassment, said Ms. Krynicki, who is a member of the Employers Group. If the employees do not follow the reporting guidelines, they can be subject to disciplinary action.
Howard Leach, manager of human resources at Russellville, Ky.-based Logan Aluminum Co., said the company has anti-sexual harassment policies, but no formal, written policy covering romances in the workplace. However, in training "we instruct and encourage our supervisors not to have any kind of a relationship with people that they supervise directly," said Mr. Leach.
