RSA makes exec appointments

LONDON—London-based multiline insurer Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Group P.L.C. has made two group executive appointments.

Clare Salmon will head RSA's development and global implementation of strategy, sales and marketing.

Ms. Salmon formerly was director of marketing and commercial strategy at broadcaster ITV P.L.C.

She will join RSA on June 11.

David Weymouth has been appointed to head RSA's operations and technology strategy and development. He previously served as chief information officer at Barclays Bank P.L.C., among other things.
