Aon Re appoints new CFO

CHICAGO--Aon Re Global has named Mike Reynolds as its chief financial officer.

Mr. Reynolds, who has served as interim CFO for the Chicago-based reinsurance intermediary since late 2006, replaces Jack Roby, who died last month, Aon Re said in a statement Monday.

Mr. Reynolds joined Aon in 1996 and has served in senior financial positions within Aon Captive Services Group and Aon Re Global-U.K. He will continue to serve as CFO of London-based Aon Re Global-U.K., Aon Re said.
