BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

BOTHELL, Wash.AMS Services Inc. has released AMS Producer Plus, a stand-alone software product designed to assist insurance producers in the sales and retention of commercial accounts.

AMS Producer Plus is based on the Microsoft SQL Server and the .NET 2.0 framework, providing enhanced scalability and faster agent response time. The software product also contains security enhancements, improved client search capabilities and more flexible form-editing functions.

Agents can use AMS Producer Plus to review a client's business operations, analyze coverage and underwriting needs, and prepare a coverage proposal.

The system provides agents information on more than 650 different types of business using industry profiles, risk exposure questionnaires, Insurance Services Office Inc. general liability classifications and coverage checklists.
