Beecher expands Atlanta D&O team

ATLANTA--Three former Marsh Inc. executives have joined Beecher Carlson in an expansion of its executive liability team in Atlanta, the brokerage said Tuesday.

Michele G. Centeno, former managing director and practice leader of Marsh's Southeast FINPRO practice, will now lead Atlanta-based Beecher Carlson's Southeast Executive Liability team as a managing director.

Joining Ms. Centeno are SouWei Brune, former senior vp of FINPRO, who is now a senior vp with Beecher Carlson; and Cameron Martin, who joins Beecher Carlson as an assistant vp. Mr. Martin formerly was responsible for client advisory, sales and content delivery at FINPRO.

Beecher Carlson launched its executive liability practice in January 2005 after luring away five top officials at Marsh's management liability division, including FINPRO's former chairman Steven Anderson, who is executive managing director of Beecher Carlson's executive liability practice (BI, Jan. 10, 2005).
