AXA exec named to head CFO Forum

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands—Denis Duverne, chief financial officer of AXA S.A., has been elected chairman of the CFO Forum.

Mr. Duverne will succeed Helmut Perlet, CFO of Allianz S.E.

The forum is a discussion group formed in 2002 by the CFOs of major European insurance companies.
