BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Plaintiffs: Class could include more than 1.5 million current and former female employees at one or more of Wal-Mart's 3,400 stores in 41 regions since 1998
Charges: Women employed by Wal-Mart are paid less than men in comparable positions, despite having higher performance ratings and greater seniority; and they receive fewerand wait longer forpromotions to in-store management positions than do men
What they want: Class-wide injunctive and declaratory relief, lost pay, and punitive damages but not compensatory damages
