BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

How New York-based Buck Consultants has evolved
1916: Founded by George B. Buck.
1994: Buck Consultants offers to acquire much larger rival Towers Perrin. Offer is rejected.
1996: Buck Consultants buys W.F. Corroon benefit consulting unit from broker Willis Corroon Group P.L.C.
1997: Mellon Bank Corp. acquires Buck Consultants for $225 million.
2002: Mellon Financial Corp. acquires Unifi Network from PricewaterhouseCoopers. L.L.P. for $275 million and combines Unifi with its Buck Consulting unit.
2005: Affiliated Computer Services Inc. buys Mellon's benefit consulting and services unit for $465 million. It later renames the unit Buck Consultants.
