Former Marsh exec joins Beecher Carlson

NEW YORK--Frederick A. Ryder, former vice chairman and chief operating officer of Marsh Inc.'s FINPRO U.S. practice, has joined Beecher Carlson's New York-based executive liability team as a managing director, the Atlanta-based brokerage said.

Mr. Ryder will focus on business and client development for executive liability products for Beecher.

During his tenure at Marsh, Mr. Ryder worked in Bermuda with the MMI/JPMorgan task force setting up ACE Insurance Co. Most recently, he concentrated on settling complex directors and officers claims and litigation.
