Integro Ltd. has named Lynn Ambrose as a principal in the management risk practice in the Chicago office. She joins Integro from Marsh, where she served as a senior vp and national employment practices liability co-practice leader.

Assurance Agency Ltd. in Chicago has named Mike Mann executive vp. He will also serve as a member of the company's executive management team. Previously, he was a regional marketing officer for Willis North America's central region.

Associations:

The San Diego-based Disability Management Employer Coalition has named Marcia Carruthers to serve as the association's chief executive officer. Previously, she served as chief operating officer since she co-founded DMEC in 1992.

Thomas G. Myers, vp of product management at High Point Safety & Insurance Management Corp., is the new president of the Arlington, Va.-based Casualty Actuarial Society, succeeding Paul Braithwaite, managing director at Navigant Consulting. Christopher S. Carlson, a consultant for Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, was selected as president-elect.

Insurers:

Robert Brack has joined ACE Ltd. as senior vp of claims services for ACE Overseas General in Philadelphia. Before joining ACE, he was a senior manager with Accenture.

Springfield, Mass.-based Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. has named Michael R. Fanning senior vp and COO for the U.S. Insurance Group. Previously, he was a vp of new individual business at MetLife Inc.

XL Capital Ltd. in Hamilton, Bermuda, has named Michael E. Mathisen as global treasurer. Previously, he was director of worldwide tax. Replacing Mr. Mathisen in that position will be Mervyn Skeet, who previously was director of taxes-Europe.
