BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

P/C Insurers Lloyd's of London Bermuda More + Less -

HAMILTON, Bermuda Hiscox P.L.C. has set up a new Bermuda-domiciled holding company, Hiscox Ltd., and shares in the new entity have started trading on the London stock exchange.

The High Court in London Monday ordered that a scheme of arrangement and associated capital reduction to enable the corporate restructuring to go ahead.

Hiscox P.L.C.'s shares were delisted yesterady with shares in Hiscox Ltd. trading on the London Stock Exchange today.

Hiscox announced in September plans to redomicile to Bermuda.
