Hiscox redomiciles to Bermuda

HAMILTON, Bermuda— Hiscox P.L.C. has set up a new Bermuda-domiciled holding company, Hiscox Ltd., and shares in the new entity have started trading on the London stock exchange.

The High Court in London Monday ordered that a scheme of arrangement and associated capital reduction to enable the corporate restructuring to go ahead.

Hiscox P.L.C.'s shares were delisted yesterady with shares in Hiscox Ltd. trading on the London Stock Exchange today.

Hiscox announced in September plans to redomicile to Bermuda.
