IRM appoints chairman

LONDON—Cary Depel has been appointed chairman of the Institute of Risk Management.

Mr. Depel is the legal and compliance director for IFX Markets Ltd. and a director of City Index Ltd.

Mr. Depel, who previously was deputy chairman of the IRM, succeeds Mike Walker.
