SAN DIEGO—The National Safety Council held its 94th Annual Congress & Expo Nov. 3-10 in San Diego. The event included 831 exhibitors and about 15,000 total attendees.

Technical session topics included behavioral analysis, fall protection, risk prediction, disaster preparedness, supervision practices and safety motivation.

With the Hispanic component of the U.S. workforce expected to nearly triple by 2050, the NSC at this year's gathering launched an inaugural Hispanic Safety and Health Congress. It included similar sessions that emphasized specific issues relating to the oversight of Hispanic workers with some information translated simultaneously in English and Spanish.

The NSC's 95th Annual Congress & Expo will be held Oct. 12-19, 2007, in Chicago. For more information, visit www.nsc.org.
