Scor completes life acquisition

PARIS—SCOR S.A. has completed its acquisition of Revios Rückversicherung A.G. from GLOBALE Rückversicherung A.G. and will merge its SCOR Life division with Revios to create a new arm, SCOR Global Life.

SCOR Global Life will have four business units, in France, Germany the United States and the United Kingdom.

Uwe Eymer, former head of Revios, will become chief executive officer of SCOR Global Life.
