ISO, BrickStreet sign statutory filing pact

JERSEY CITY, N.J.—The Insurance Services Office Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Co. under which ISO will provide the insurer with statutory filing and data-reporting services for the insurer to submit claims and policy information to regulators and the National Council on Compensation Insurance Inc.

Under the agreement, Jersey City, N.J.-based ISO will collect and record workers compensation information from Charleston, W. Va.-based BrickStreet Mutual. ISO will develop and compile the required information to meet the insurer's regulatory needs.

In addition, BrickStreet Mutual will use ISO's Executive Analytic Solutions Engine to analyze its workers comp business. EASE enables insurers to extract transactional data from ISO's database over the Web.
