ASHRM event draws 2,000

SAN DIEGO—About 2,000 paid attendees participated in 52 educational sessions and visited more than 150 exhibitors during the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management's annual conference and exhibition in San Diego Oct. 29-Nov. 1.

Educational sessions covered, among other things, patient safety, how to prepare for a pandemic, enterprise risk management, conflict management, and developments in case law for physicians, nurses, hospitals and long-term care facilities.
