BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Lockton forms international benefits practice

Reprints

KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Lockton Cos. Inc. said it has formed an international employee benefits practice to meet growing demand for such expertise.

Pam Enright, who has 15 years' experience in the benefits industry working with multinational organizations, will head the new practice as vp-director of International Benefit Services. She will be based in Lockton's Kansas City, Mo., headquarters.

The new practice will include strategic partnerships with leading international benefit and human resource consultants to provide a full range of global HR services, Lockton said.

In a statement, the broker said the international benefit practice complements its recently announced acquisition of Alexander Forbes International Risk Services. That acquisition, which is not yet complete, will make Lockton the world's largest privately owned global insurance broker with more than $650 million in revenues and more than 3,700 professional staff around the world.
