BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

France to ban smoking in public places

PARIS--The French Prime Minister has announced that he will ban by decree, smoking in public places.

Dominique de Villepin said the decree would be made in the next few days, and a ban on smoking in public places would become effective in February, although bars, cafes and restaurants would get an extra year to prepare for this.

Other countries to ban smoking in public places include The Republic of Ireland, Italy, Norway, Scotland and Sweden.
