Due to incorrect information supplied to Business Insurance, the Zurich Insurance Group entity helping to administer Alabama's assigned risk plan was misidentified in a brief in the March 31 issue. The insurer is ZC Insurance Co. of New York, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Reinsurance Centre Inc., also of New York.

The March 17 Directory of Risk Management Consultants omitted the Oakland, Calif., branch office location of Applied Risk Management.
