BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Ransomware attacks double

Law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP said that ransomware attacks in the U.K. more than doubled to 654 in 2021 from 326 in 2020, driven by the increasing profitability for scammers, City A.M. reported. Finance, insurance and credit and education and childcare were the hardest hit sectors. The firm said that businesses that don’t purchase dedicated cyber policies run the risk of becoming underinsured.
