New insurance sector-focused SPAC aims to raise $243 million

Italian insurer Societa Cattolica di Assicurazione SC’s former Chief Executive Alberto Minali is planning to list an insurance sector-focused special purpose acquisition company on the Milan Stock Exchange to raise €200 million ($243 million), Reuters reported. Minali would list the Revo SPAC by the end of May in partnership with Italian state-backed lender Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA’s former chairman Claudio Costamagna.
