Former AIG captive specialist jumps to Axa XL

Axa XL, a unit of Axa SA, said Tuesday it has named former American International Group Inc. specialist Austin Su as U.S. underwriting lead of its structured risk solutions business.
Axa XL said Mr. Su, who is New York-based, will focus on developing structured coverage for Axa XL’s captives and large corporate clients in this newly created position.
At AIG, Mr. Su held key positions in alternative risk business, country commercial lines leadership and multinational and captive programs, Axa XL said in a statement.
