A report by U.S.-based professional services provider KPMG L.L.P. said that London's insurance market faces a huge skills shortage as it lags behind sectors like banking in adopting new technology, with Brexit adding to hiring difficulties, Reuters reports. The report said that in the future, insurance underwriters and brokers would need more skills in data and analytics, and there would be less need to apply personal judgment of risk.
