Uptake of terrorism insurance surges in Sri Lanka

Sri Lankan insurance officials said that several hotels, small businesses and big companies are buying terrorism insurance after the recent bombings in the country, Economynext reported. Manjula de Silva, chairman of government-owned National Insurance Trust Fund, said that local insurers have decided not to increase premiums rates from current levels.
