To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Windstorms likely to cause $900 million in insured losses

March windstorm in Mainz, Germany

Germany-based actuarial firm Meyerthole Siems Kohlruss said that recent windstorms Eberhard and Bennet are likely to cause around €800 million ($901 million) in insured losses in the country, reports. Windstorm Eberhard's insurance tab alone is likely to total up to €600 million. Reinsurers Munich Reinsurance Co. and Hannover Re S.E. are expected to settle claims related to the storms.
