BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
The Dutch Public Prosecution Service is suing Royal Dutch Shell P.L.C. for an explosion at its Moerdijk petrochemical plant in 2014 and the release of carcinogenic ethylene oxide in 2015 and 2016, Hazardex reported. The Dutch Safety Board said that that the oil giant failed to identify and control risks and implement safety measures. The explosion occurred at a reactor at the Moerdijk plant on June 3, 2014 and caused millions of euros worth of damage. Additionally, about 28 tons of ethylene oxide accidentally leaked from Shell's plant on Nov. 21, 2015.
