BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Taoufik Gharib, analyst at U.S.-based S&P Global Ratings Inc., said that reinsurance rate growth is likely to fade in 2019 amid increased capacity provided by insurance-linked securities players, Artemis.bm reports. Mr. Gharib said that reinsurance rates have increased about 5% this year. Traditional reinsurers are adjusting their strategies to tap into rate increases in primary lines using quota share arrangements, he added.
