A report by U.A.E.-based insurance platform Insurance Monitor found that small and medium-sized enterprises in the country do not take out cyber insurance despite being at risk as they believe it is too expensive or not meant for them, Middle East Insurance Review reported. The report warns that improving technology and growing technology teams is not enough on its own to tackle cybercrime, which is becoming increasingly sophisticated.
