BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

PIERRE, S.D.--Most South Dakota employers will see an average rate reduction of 0.5% for workers compensation policies beginning July 1, according to the state's Division of Insurance.
Employers in an assigned risk plan, however, will see workers comp rate reductions of about 0.6%, Merle Scheiber, director of South Dakota's Division of Insurance, said in a statement.
Despite rising medical costs, rates in the state have remained stable in recent years, Mr. Scheiber said.
